During your stay Mr. PEREIRA Philippe, our technician, remains at your disposal to intervene if necessary.

If you wish to notify us of a malfunction (bulb, batteries, equipment malfunction ...) in your home, but also in the field, thank you for filling out the form below, explaining as well as possible the problem encountered as well as the location of the latter.

For any "non-urgent" disorder, we undertake to intervene within a maximum of 24 hours * (except Sunday *) from your report.


Our schedules:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.


* This period can be extended if the form is sent on Saturday because we do not intervene on Sunday (except in case of emergency). thanks for your understanding



Outside of these days and times, we remain available in case of emergency (hot water failure, electrical failure ...), whatever the day and time, do not hesitate to contact us using the form below , while trying to reach us by phone.
